Marketing & Systems Developer

I'm Tucker Shively. I build the systems behind your marketing: the website, the social media, the CRM, the follow-up, the attribution. Every piece explained in plain language. Every piece owned by you.

01 · The approach

Most marketing companies make money by keeping you in the dark. I built this practice to do the opposite.

/ 01

Educate

Every deliverable explains why it exists, in plain language. You will never get a report you can't read or a decision you can't follow.

/ 02

Execute

Education without execution is just consulting. I build, wire, and ship the system myself: site, CRM, automations, tracking, all of it.

/ 03

You own it

Your data, your accounts, your access. Nothing is held hostage. If you ever walk away, you keep everything that was built.

02 · The path

One system, built in the right order.

No giant retainers on day one, no locked-in bundles. Each piece earns the next, and every piece connects.

01

The website

It starts with a site that works: fast, mobile-friendly, and built to capture leads, not just to look good. Early-stage businesses can start with a portfolio build, paid for with a case study instead of a bill.

Start with a trade
02

The hosting

Your site runs on infrastructure I manage and monitor every day. That's what makes the rest real: forms, calls, and clicks land where you can actually use them.

Managed & monitored
03

The system

CRM, automated follow-up, attribution, ads. The growth layer, added piece by piece as your business is ready for it, never before the first two are solid.

Growth, earned

That's the whole system. The first step is a conversation.

  • Works with the tools you already use

Month to month, no long-term contracts, and every engagement scoped to the business it serves. Most ongoing engagements run $300 to $1,500/mo depending on what you need, and the Journey Audit is a single fixed fee quoted up front. Based in Owensboro, Kentucky, working with small businesses anywhere. Not sure where you fit? Ask, and I'll tell you honestly, including if the answer is "you don't need me yet."

04 · The signature diagnostic
Fixed price · Fixed scope · Fixed timeline

Multi-Touchpoint User Journey Audit

I walk every path a customer can take to your business, the way a real customer would: search, click, call, form, follow-up. Then you get a scored, plain-language report of exactly where leads leak out and what fixing each leak is worth.

8
touchpoints checked end to end
6
dimensions scored
5
business days

It's the first step I take with every client: a flat fee up front that shows exactly what's working, what isn't, and the path to fix it, before either of us commits to anything ongoing.

Best fit: you already spend money on marketing and want a deep diagnostic before committing to anything ongoing. The audit stands alone; there's no obligation to continue.

06 · Who you're working with

One person builds it, and you talk to him.

Tucker Shively, marketing and systems developer

Hi, I'm Tucker Shively.

Before going solo, I was a marketing manager inside an agency, building the systems that drive results for big corporate clients. I also saw exactly what made that work so expensive: the account managers, the layers of junior staff, the long retainers, and the markup stacked on top of all of it. It priced most small businesses out of marketing that actually works, so I rebuilt the same systems without the overhead.

You get the caliber of system an agency reserves for corporate budgets, without paying for the building full of people around it, because I build the whole stack myself: the website, the hosting that keeps it fast and online, the social media, the CRM and lead capture, the automated email and SMS follow-up, the system integrations that make your tools talk to each other, and the attribution that ties every lead back to what brought it in. No account managers, no junior hand-offs. The person who scopes your project is the person who writes the code and answers your email.

Most engagements start with the Journey Audit, so we both know exactly what your marketing is doing before we change anything, and every deliverable comes explained in plain language you can actually follow.

I work month to month because I'd rather earn the next month than lock you into a contract, and you keep every account, login, and file we build, always.

I'm building my first case studies right now, which is exactly why the Launch tier runs as a trade: a real project in exchange for a case study and an honest review.

05 · The difference

You've probably been burned before.

I learned this from the inside, as a marketing manager at an agency. I know where a small business's budget gets wasted, and what's actually worth paying for.

The typical agency

  • Twelve-month contracts that auto-renew
  • Reports full of jargon and vanity metrics
  • Your ad accounts and data under their login
  • A rotating cast of juniors behind one account manager
  • "Trust us, it's working"

Working with me

  • Month to month. I earn the renewal every month.
  • Plain-language reports tied to leads and revenue
  • Your accounts, your login, always
  • One developer. The person you talk to builds it.
  • A system that shows you what's working

Stop guessing.

If you spend money on marketing and can't say what it returns, we should talk. A 20-minute intro call, no pitch deck, no pressure.
